What areas do you service?
We currently service Ottawa and surrounding areas. If you’re located nearby but aren’t sure if you’re within our range, feel free to reach out! We’re always expanding. We do not service Gatineau at this time. For properties 15km outside of the city center there may be charges for distance and travel time.
How often do you clean yards?
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time cleanup services. You can choose the frequency that best fits your needs and schedule.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, you don’t need to be home. We’ll notify you when we’re on our way and after the job is complete. We also ensure that any gates are closed (and locked if applicable) and a photo taken and sent to you confirming this is done so you have peace of mind knowing your property is safe.
Is there a contract required?
Not at all! Our services are flexible. You can book as a one-time service or set up a recurring plan that you can cancel or modify anytime.
What do you do with the waste?
We responsibly dispose of all collected waste. Typically, waste is properly wrapped in absorbent paper and placed in a sealed, leak proof bag that can be put out with our regular yard waste (green bin) following city bylaws. We also have optional offsite disposal (for a nominal fee), following local regulations to ensure a clean and environmentally friendly service.
Do you offer any add-ons, like disinfectant sprays?
Yes! We offer a disinfectant spray as an add-on to help keep your yard even fresher. It’s great for neutralizing odors and adding an extra layer of cleanliness.
What if it’s raining or snowing on my scheduled day?
We typically work in most weather conditions, but if it’s extreme (e.g., heavy rain, snow), we may reschedule. You’ll be notified if there are any weather-related changes.
Is your service safe for pets and children?
Absolutely. We use pet- and kid-friendly products. Your yard will be safe to enjoy right after we’re done!
How do I pay for the service?
We accept major credit cards and e-transfers (one-time cleanings and prepaid plans). For recurring services, payments are automatically processed monthly on your billing cycle with your credit card on file.
How do I get a quote?
You can get an instant quote right on our website in less than 3 minutes by entering a few details about the areas to clean, number of dogs you have, the frequency of service you need etc. For special requests, just reach out by email, phone or our contact us page and we’ll help you out right away!
Do you offer any discounts or packages?
